A training group has been established in the Central Massachusetts area in order to introduce the Mastro Defence System (MDS) founded and created by Fred Mastro.
MDS is a simple, effective and realistic self defense system adapted to defend itself effectively during a violent street assault or encounter.
The training group will be led by MDS Level 2 Instructor & Boston Representative Alex Rodriguez.
This training will focus on Level 1 material of the Mastro Defence System so that any beginner or serious martial art practitioner may attend.
